PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY

We will take a family photo on Saturday morning starting10 AM in the hotel ballroom.  If you are not present for the photo by 10:10 AM we will take the picture without you.  We love you so please be present!

REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES

To ensure we have enough planning time to prepare a wonderful reunion.  Registration will close on July 1, 2024.

This is NO walk-in and on-site registration.  YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER.

REFUND POLICY
All purchases are final and there are no refunds due to the planning, deposits, and final counts we need to maintain with all venues.  

TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets can be transferred to another Sims-Reyonlds Family Reunion Member.

EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY

In the unforeseen event of a cancellation all funds will be sent to the next host and host city committee for the 2026 reunion.

LOST TICKET?

If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket.
